Mothers Day weekend my friends Jane, Julie and I packed up the cars with the babies and drove up north to check out the Carlsbad Flowerfields. If you remember, last year Aaron and I took Emma up there when she was just a couple months old. I LOVED taking her again this year and seeing just how much she’s grown since those early newborn days. You can check our last years post here. I can’t believe it! This was the last weekend of the flowers before they shut it down for the season so I was excited that we made the time to go. It was the perfect overcast day and there weren’t a ton of people which made it so we could just let the kiddos roam. Definitely a must-see if you’re ever in San Diego during the spring months!
