Oh, the places we’ll go!

Welp, it’s been a little over a year since my last post here and so much has happened! Honestly, I haven’t really been able to figure out what to do with this space. I don’t know if I want to keep it attached to my business or separate the two or if I really even will keep up with blogging here. But I do know that I want to update you all on where I am because it’s been one hell of a year. With the extra push from Liz I decided I would just take the plunge and start this up again.

Aaron and I have been married a little over a year and a half now and we’re still living in sunny San Diego. Molli, our american bulldog, passed away from cancer (truly one of the hardest things we’ve ever had to deal with, we miss her to pieces). Riot, our staffordshire terrier, is still here and loves sunbathing and car rides. We bought a house in July which is something we thought we’d never be able to do in California but we made it happen and we’re loving our little home. I’m still designing full time at Noirve for small businesses and a new website will be launching early May(when I’m back from maternity leave) with tons of new projects, it’s been almost 2 years since I launched a new site for myself and the new one is just about done being developed. And the biggest news of all is that I had a baby! Emma June was born February 15, 2017 and we are so in love. She’s about 7 weeks old right now and is just the sweetest thing. I wanted to start blogging again to share bits of our life with her and have this space to look back on and read through. I absolutely love that I can look back on years of blogposts to see how much life has changed and how much we’ve grown.

First off I wanted to share all of my bump photos from my pregnancy with Emma. We traveled quite a bit last year because we honestly didn’t know when we’d be able to with Emma and I love to look back and see how much my stomach grew! I’d love to be able to go back to each of these places to retake these photos with Emma in tow.

Isn’t the human body insane?? I still can’t believe we have a baby…They aren’t lying when they say it goes by fast.

I promise I won’t go overboard with the baby photos but certainly can’t say you won’t see a lot of her here. She has been the best gift ever and I can’t wait to see what the rest of this year has in store for our little family. x
